Killed my first MoP rare solo yesterday. Drop was not useful but it was fun.

So my raid group is 3 nights a week, 3 hours a night.

Last night working on heroic feng, 20 minutes in guild leader's power goes out. We wait 15 minutes then decide to call it a night. He gets back on 10 minutes later, and we decide to get back at it.

So our mage, who is usually top or 2nd dps, promptly gets massive lag where he can't function. We deal with that for a good hour and a half without even getting any legit attempts in. At this point we're 2 and a half ours into raid and the mage is still lagging out, we tried to replace him but it wasn't happening.

Like 10 minutes left in raid his shit finally gets decent, so we decide to extend, 2 or 3 attempts later Feng down lol.

We were planning on just clearing the rest normal this week but after that performance with all that bull shit we're gonna give garu a go tonight. I'm doubting we'll be even close to the enrage though, but we'll see lol.

we're at like 4 raids now and casuals are totally welcome, the raids I know of are:

main raid tu/w/th 11pm-2 pst, people that don't perform will be challenged and replaced ASAP if necessary, no bs, no current openings that I'm aware of but there's a healer that needs to step up

main alt raid, saturday 11pm-2 pst, run by 2 of our main raid's 3 person loot council, they were 6/8h ds on a 3 hour schedule at like 20%

"secondary" raid, didn't run in cata, t/w/th 8pm-11 pst, I'd expect them to get a couple heroics each tier, run by former serious raider that's co-gm

pugs and gdkp stuff will start going once there's enough people around with gear



rbg's are getting going as well, but nothing remotely serious or even promising has gotten started at all

Aha here's the trick. I'm not gonna do a single daily!

I'll heroic/lfr gear myself up. And call it a day. Not touching a single daily just because i feel I need to "gear" up to help the raid. haha

Until I'm sure everyone in the guild is capable of being as dedicated/hardcore as me I'll settle with slow progression. I'm too tired recently anyway.

I'll do the dailies on my own accord.

I've earned the title "Low Life" from someone who didn't like me undercutting some shitty hunter scope (900 crit). It was 700g on AH. I put a batch up for 25g. He whispers and then blocks me angrily and puts a batch up at 24.

I recall all my batches and dump them back at 5. lol

I don't really care about them at the end of the day. They served as a vehicle to get my engineering up. Sitting on 200k gold which probably isn't as much as some people on here, but I'm sure it's more than the average guy. lol

Although I do wish people don't block you and get the last word. Pussies. COME AT ME INSTEAD BRO! or something like that. I've not had a worthy opponent for a while

you only need 90 lesser charms a week to get your full allotment of greater charms, so you can skimp quite a bit. Prolly need to do more than 2 days a week though.

Oh, you know what the absolute BEST thing is? Those fuckers who ignore you, take you off ignore to say a line real quick, then ignore you again. They fling a bunch of bullshit at you that you can't even respond to, hiding behind the ignore list to evade angry responses.

As for dailies, I'd say pick a faction and just do one at a time. Nice and easy, but progress none the less that doesn't take all that much time each day.

Edit: I'd recommend Tillers first since it's the one that makes easy, relatively consistent money.
