Grats, amber shaper is the hardest boss I'm hof imo. GL. Terrace bosses are not so tough in terms of mechanics but dps/healing check is on another level though.

we tried it monday a couple pulls but we could only get him to about 50 stacks, the people succeeding are somehow getting 10-20 more without phasing him somehow, and it wasn't like we were getting melee hits in or anything

prob gonna give it a pull or 2 tonight but we wanna actually learn the fight anyway, looks fun as hell

i wish my warlock and druid were gear-appropriate when all this shit started. i would love to do all these fights legit, because LFR insults my intelligence and skill level. I joined an australian raid guild last week, and they took me into MSV for my first legit run. They made me a full-on raid member after that because "this is the first fucking bloke we've had not die to mechanics at all, including you fuck old members"

FFXI really beats into your skull the notion of individual responsibility. You can really see the difference in quality vs. someone who is used to playing FPS games without respawn timers in the larger, more challenging WoW encounters. Hardest part of LFR is whether or not you can carry the 6 deadweight members through a fight before healers run out of mana.

Wasn't Azure, but got Blue from Malygos. It's something atleast.

Doing Maly x2, Onyxia, Midnight x4, and Kael'thas if I feel like doing that annoying solo. I don't care for Ashes mount enough to bother. Also doing Naxx/BWL/Molten Core/AQ40 for the mini pets. Still need the Bone Spider and Anubisath and I think that's it. Any duplicates get sold on the AH.
