I only do LFR. No one invites for Flex unless you have achvs and I can't get achvs if I don't get invited. I'm pretty much gearing for BiS with LFR gear in mind, but now I get to factor in Ordos, woo!

I don't have any achievements and get Flex and Normal runs all the time. Are you using Oqueue?

I struggled really hard to find pugs for my mage, be it OQ, openraid, or whatever... and I can link every achieve from this entire expansion while it was current.

ilvl is all that matters for finding pugs, people are 100% clueless as to what constitutes a worthwhile player

it's an addon designed to find cross-realm raids/questing groups. It's good for finding heroic scenario partners and little else. Most of the raid groups I've found through it have been very low quality.

We use it to fill in people for our normal full clear alt raid every week. Usually a healer.

Only problem is people that leave for retarded reasons.

One time when my mage had a 535 weap, the wand dropped from spoils and a pug priest that already had a 561 mace won it. Someone (not me) said it was a dick move for him to take it, and he left. We didn't ninja it or anything lol, just someone called him out on it and he immediately ditched. I got warforged wand the next week ;p

25 heroic garrosh down. Server first, lol. Only took a month after scaling up to 25 from 10, but damn it was pretty hard recruiting.

Now to keep the guild together until 20-man hits!
