Got from 26 to 36 this weekend along with my racial mount. Having fun so far.

i'm a 3-year WoW veteran but never got to run any classic raid instances...i only ever hit level 60 on a toon just before tbc. i got to do aq20, mc, ony and part of bwl this weekend on my hunter though. pretty awesome. i got the leaf out of mc and that's a quest chain that i always wanted to do really badly, so rhok'delar here i come provided i get ony's sinew someday. i hope to do aq40 sometime, c'thun is the one encounter i've always wanted to see more than any other. i also completed my netherwing drake, chose vermillion because it's the only one that looks unique, and crafted the 3 whole half-useful epic sidegrades that hunters get out of having max leatherworking these days.

Only thing I can't figure out is how to do /l for guild chat instead of /g. It feels like it's hardcoded, and /l isn't used for anything.

Haha, I did this too. ^^ Just didn't change guildchat, I chat more in a channel than in guild anyway.

I'm sure you can make a script to take anything you input after /l and throw it in /g. Can probably do it without writing an addon for it too, but I'm not sure how. I got used to /g pretty quickly, I don't think you'll have a problem.

I can't get used to WASD, I tried the numpad but it didn't work out too well, so I just use the arrow keys and use the letters around the left side of the keyboard for macros bound to my action bars. CTRL-S for stun, CTRL-Z for cleanse (ie undo), etc. Stupid laptop keyboard has no ctrl right on the right hand side, so I've gotten used to just the left side of the keyboard since the game is so dependent on the mouse.

Oh, and end is my autorun key because of where it is in comparison to the arrows on my keyboard. Numbers by themselves don't do anything like when you first start up the game.

I'm derailing again, aren't I? LW's fault!

As an accomplishment, I got my UI working better so far thanks to the responses in the addon thread.

9-1 today in Arenas, refreshing after several weeks of mediocre results. Can't wait until our healer gets to play at home for a day of games, instead of being on a crappy laptop and unable to use vent. Hunter/2 Healer is a pretty annoying set up, had 5 of those out of our 10 games.

Finished Drak'Tharon Keep for the Guru of Drakuru achievement and appparently I was the 2nd on dps chart for that easy place passing two hunters,wat.

They've nerfed most hunters a decent amount, steady shot which is in the dps rotation for most all hunters does less damage then autoshot... (but it can shoot while doing steady so why not?)

and survival's explosive shot damage is like heavily dependent on the gun, not the Ap (1000AP is like + 200-300 on crit) its kinda bad ;/

and randomly for accomplishment.

Druid lv 1-> 65 under 5 played days (1 week irl) played time at 100% exp rate without power lvling! They sure did make lvling easy ;/

Got second piece of T7 yesturday off of four horsemen. Also did Sapphiron and Kel'thuzad for the first time. Still haven't done any of the quarters except Spider lol.

My Shaman leveled from 72 -> 80 without losing rested exp in four days. It's stupid easy.

I feel slow . I resubbed back in december and I'm only 76(77 when I finish one more quest) but I'm taking my time like I did to 70. I am in no hurry to get to endgame stuff.

edit: ding 77 now cold weather flying get and now time to save for an epic flyer...going to FUCKING SUCK because I'm in no mood to lvl bs or something to the max to make money.

Its seriously easy to lvl fast... and they are thinking of making it easier... although by then I'll probably have every class 80 and nothing left to level ;/

It's honestly not that hard to make cash once you hit 80. Instead of XP you get Gold as your reward, in addition to any you would have made turning in the quest anyway, and doing dailies nets a good steady stream. Instances can get you some good stuff, especially once you start running Heroics.

Granted, I'm unemployed and playing quite a bit but I think I've made something like 2500G in the last three weeks just running quests, dungeons, and mining 1-450 and spending the occasional hour or two here and there going out mining. Only like 1200G away from Epic flyer and training, which I'm hoping to have in the next week or so.

I got a bunch of stuff last night.. Grieving Spellblade to replace my Kirin Tor dagger, t7 chest and legs, Cloak of the Dying, and picked up enough badges for Sash of Guzbah.

Fucking finally. 1/11 which isnt all that bad, but fuck stratholme,seriously. I know it's not much of an accomplishment since the rate was upped, but i'm happy

Edit: made around 1100 gold from those 11 runs too; between silver drops, npc'ing blues and selling stacks of runecloth.
