After malygos dies, people usually release right away. You need to wait until Alextrasza makes both the heart and the gift before releasing. Otherwise, you can't loot them. Wait until she creates both, then release (And make sure nobody loots either while you're running back) and you'll never see that problem

I'm not sure if you even have to wait to release or not, but yeah just make sure people aren't impatient bastards and wait until everyone is in the instance for the first person to loot (or just don't release until after someone has looted) it will prevent all the issues.

Had a bugged heart of magic on a run where nobody died, so it's not always caused by run-backs.

Hit 80 on my Paladin on about Monday. Ran my first heroic on Tuesday (HOS went flawlessly). On wednesday went on a Heroic run with a bunch with full T7.5 people to VH. Got Xevoxx and still blew through the instance like nothing and got my Bolstered Legplates. Group asked me to come along to H UK and UP. They were so impressed with my Tanking that they asked me to join their Sarth +3d clearing guild after, I did. We proceeded to do a timed CoS run and I got my Bronze Drake and then moved on to H OK where we got achievements for the last two bosses.

Did my first 10 man Naxx with them Thursday and should be doing my first Naxx 25 this sunday. They want to gear me up fast for Ulduar as their Pally who is there most geared tank wants to switch to Ret/Holy in 3.1. All and all it was a pretty good week.

It's less fast/fun when there is more than one person farming beads. I'm farming Sporeggar until I can get a free morning in Winterspring.

I found it wayyyy easier to farm the ones in Felwood myself, cause you could run a nice even circle on them and generally have repops by the time you make it back to the front of the circle (or if not, go turn in your feathers and then start on the next cycle).

But yeah competition sucks in either place >:E

I used the north village in Felwood for most of the farming but at the end about 5 people turned up to farm/exp there so I buggered off.

Accomplishment? Finding new ways to entertain yourself. I stand by the flight path in thunder bluff, just outside the room. When people go to jump off the side to save time, i hit them with slow fall from my mage and watch them fly waaay the hell off course rofl.

Honestly, there's no excuse for someone not being in vent. You can alt-tab out of WoW without breaking it, you can set vent to listen only, the program is only a few MB, and if you're not an admin on the computer then odds are you're probably way younger than I want to put up with in a raid anyway >_>

Yeah, after the last few disasters the raid leaders and guild leader have instituted a new rule for 25-man raids- If you're not in Vent, then you get no loot.

So far its been working better, but people still keep brain farting in general, which tends to be frustrating (we're not a hardcore raid/progression guild- pretty laid-back folks who raid a couple nights a week for fun).

Found and killed King Krush while i was mining in sholazar. I was going to shout if a nearby hunter was after him; but a human warrior was making a beeline for it so i tagged it. Dropped a really nice blue ring for my up and coming mage, and a bag with 23g and 20 frostweave.

Yeah. The best part is that I didn't even go looking for it. I gave up on wasting my time camping in Storm Peaks about a month ago, did a couple sweeps of Storm Peaks for kicks this morning, no dice, did my JC daily, started heading south from the Stormreavers through the pass down to Valkyrion, and bam, he popped right in my face.

Got OS10 3D tonight, finally, which netted me Plagued Proto.

After a month of leaving my guild, I decided to see if they would let me back in. Top guilds aren't easy to be in all the time, but i'm definitely glad they let me back in, and no surprise we got OS10 3D within 5 pulls.

Anyways, w00t, 310 drakes ftw.

Downed 10 man maly tonight and got my Champion title.

It was great, I accidentally ninja looted all the loot from Malygos and nobody even cared. Forgot to setup master looter because someone passed me lead like haflway thorugh and I didn't notice so when we downed it someone was like "omg setup master looter, quick!" and by the time I did someone had already looted but I still managed to loot everything when I auto looted for my emblems, I guess because everyone passed the leather boots (Footsteps of Malygos). Then the sword that dropped (Hailstorm), the only person to roll was a DK and so I asked if he minded if I rolled too. Turns out he rolled greed and not need, so when I needed I got that too. Pretty hilarious.

So yeah, first Maly kill and I got all the loots. Weeee

Not a huge accomplishment, but last night I was nominated by one of the officers and once my guild starts running Ulduar10 to learn the fights, I'm being promoted to Healing Lead. Of course, the only drawback is I won't be able to run Shadow in Ulduar for awhile, but I enjoy Discipline almost as much, so I can deal. :3

I thought it was my buddy who's an officer who nominated me, but it was actually another of the officers who's been impressed with my performance in healing and DPS.

I'm kind of proud/honored, but at the same time, I think about how after I leveled WHM to 75 and played it a bunch, I kept being dragged to stuff as WHM instead of THF or even BRD because a competent healer was needed. :< Curse of the WHM continues, it seems. XD
