Hit 70 on my Dk last night, my first character. I should be 80 by now but I keep getting side tracked with my rogue and druid.

Yea with the damage and Life Spark HP reduction, XT Hard should be pretty easy to heal in 10 man. We'll probably give it a go this Friday when my team does our usual nerdpoint Uld10.

Picked up 2 pieces in 25 yesterday: Glowing Ring of Reclamation, which I figure is a 226 BiS ring, and T8.5 legs. We cleared all the way to Yogg in one night, oneshotting most fights now. I guess next week we'll start attempting hard modes, because normal is too easy. Hopefully Yogg drops Vanq shoulders tonight so I can complete my 8.5 set.

Yeah 10man XT hard is really easy now. We one shotted it with 2 tanks(forgot pummelers won't come out) and still had a minute left on enrage.

Depends on how quickly you push it into Heartbreak mode. We got it in about 4 attempts without having much prior knowledge, and every time we'd get either a bomb bot, a few scrapbots, or a pummeler.

well we with 2 healers 2 tanks and all dps and just managed to push it over right at the last second, if we had 2 heals 1 tank the heart would have went over with like 10 seconds to spare. this was on the first heart phase too without lust.

the jump from normal to hard in 25man is no joke at all, for any fight. its a lot tougher.

Woot! Apparently drunk healing Ulduar-10 worked to my advantage! Won Eye of the Broodmother, which is sexy for my healing set and #2 Best in Slot for my Shadow build. :D

Got my Epic Achievement as a result woot!

Completed my T8.5 set last night, hooray. Only a few more upgrades left in 25 normal.

Turned in 5 pieces for 5/5 Valorous in a single day, got everything enchanted and stuff and really liking it so far. Did some PvP and not even trying really hit the top most games.

Now I just need to drop Herb and level JC to get the stupid blue slots filled with something not trash.

It's rather disappointing that they nerfed the XT hard mode so much. The fight felt pretty well tuned in 10 man. 25 man hard mode still seems challenging enough after the nerf.

On a side note, screw 10 man Orbituary.

Can you share how much it costed and roughly what you did? I hit 80 and the guide I was roughly following said to do Silver bars til 110 but they are all overpriced on the AH so I'm just farming Iron/Copper/Tin/Silver in Thousand Needles right now in hopes to prospect/gather enough ore to be able to push my way through making other stuff. Any help or a link would be greatly appreciated because I'm seeing this being a huge time sink atm.

It's either going to be a time sink or a money sink, your choice. If you look through the recipe list, I'm pretty sure you can level it almost exclusively through smelting ore you mine, or prospecting the ore for gems. It's up to you as far as whether it's worth the time though. ^^
