Odd Harvesting Rumor.

According to this page http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Optical_Needle, it says you can harvest up an Optical Needle in Fort Karugo-Narugo..

Anyone have any proof of this, or even heard about it??

Are they good for the level which you can equip them? I mean, Fenrir, last one sold for almost 100k, and it's ONE ACCURACY!!! I just don't see that being worth that much..

Are they rare as well??
