Also, I thought Terry Pratchett took the elephants on a turtle thing from some ancient myth or something. That lady who ended up in A Brief History of Time seemed to know about it at least.

He did, like I said he's a satirist, so takes stuff from other culutres and twists it. BUT he's the only one if I remember right that uses 4 elephants. The indian belief I believe is only 1 elephant, and most just say turtles. And that answer in the link uses the 4 elephants which, again, says to me the owner made the forum as one big joke.

Someone needs get a list of logical fallacies, outline the fallacy in every argument, and prepare to dissect the living piss out of their arguments. By the way, have some serious math behind you before you do this... math is proof that you can throw the "I now ask you to disprove me, not by the conspiracy argument, by showing my math is false, because if this is a conspiracy, then my math falls apart".

Extraordinary claims requires extraordinary evidence, make them try and back it up... they'll hit a wall and give up sooner or later, lol.

Apparently if you read the Debate section many people have tried this method but the FE people wont believe it because "That math is wrong since the Earth is flat and moves upward, so therefore your math is wrong see?"
