Agreed. I've actually been in two or three games where something happened in the finale, whether it was the infected team doing it or not I'm not sure, but the helicopter in No Mercy simply would not come. It was fun as hell, our team was playing the finale for a good thirty minutes before we ended up dying out of sheer boredom and lack of paying attention. Like I said, not sure if it was a game glitch or the other team glitched, but assuming this is what Survivor mode will be like, I'm anxiously waiting for it.

Is the countdown different on higher difficulty levels or something? I remember it only being 15 minutes or something when I'd play. I like the finale on Blood Harvest more. Hell of a lot harder to defend yourself in a farm house with 9999999 entrances to cover. ESPECIALLY when a Tank gets inside.

I think if you quit as you become tank, the tank never spawns which in turn tricks the game into thinking that the tank is still spawning. If the tank doesn't spawn and get killed, the helicopter never arrives.

I was just playing . Had an epic versus team. So good we ended up playing 3 games and every stage we dominated the survivors so thoroughly that we played "last survivor wins" and just dashed for the exit, finales or not. Also played king of the water tower on Stage 3 No Mercy instead of getting the survivors.

SO MUCH FUN :D

P.S. I won "last survivor wins" every time except for one, and actually made it to the end twice.

All 4 Dead isn't that hard if you just rack up a shit load of points on Act 4 or 5 on No Mercy and just fuck people up when you become tank.

yesterday i was playing and my team won act 5 and tore apart the other team before they got to hit the signal. when they died, the game let us be survivors again, but there were no zombies and could see the corpses from the other team the game before. just played around on the roof haha.

Only way we'll be able to do a big ol' BG onry L4D game is if we add eachother to friends list in Steam, and just invite people to the game. Pretty much impossible otherwise.

Worst DLC ever. Also, it only says PC is free, but does not mention 360 is free.

I mean seriously, the versus maps should have been in from the beginning, there's no new guns or levels, and nothing else is added except this Survival Mode, which I assume is just last as long as you can.

Edit: I'd also like to point out something I saw on /v/ a little bit ago, the hunter has no eyes!?

360 isn't free because Microsoft actually forces companies to make the content buy able. Though I've heard burnout paradise got around this somehow.

Heard they were releasing the next patch as an "expansion" you have to pay for but it's all hearsay at the moment. If it is payable, it'll most likely only be paid for by console people and PC get it free. So, PC is superior. ^_^

I've had quite a few groups that work together really well and had several times where we have wiped the survivors as soon as they leave the room. Like No Mercy Part2 in the subway is really easy to wipe them at if you work together well.

This is what pisses me off every time I do VS. with a bunch of idiots. As long as you rush to the train tracks from the safe house, you can usually make it without taking a lot of damage. Of course everyone needs to sight see at the turnstyles looking for some extra goodies for the run up ahead.
