Even Valve is helping this come live - if they don't do what they did with tf2's shitty hoodoo map and make it an official valve map, also they even gave the devs of the mod a special present to go with the map.

While containing both Survival maps and a Co-operative Campaign, the primary goal of "Crash" is to deliver a complete Versus mode experience in just 30 minutes, resulting in a streamlined version of the game's existing Versus campaigns. A recharge timer for infected teammates has also been added, and item spawn behavior has changed for more balanced gameplay.

Makes me question if it's a full 5-map campaign, or a smaller one.

I wonder what the map difficulty modifier on map 2 is then. If one team completely bombs the first one, then I suspect a lot of rage quitting

Didn't think of that one, heh. Although I can't imagine it would be any wrose than the normal maps. People tend to rage quit on map one anyway if they don't get all four in with green health and four medkits. Getting a real game is seemingly impossible, heh.

I'm hoping the fact that this is a little short is because of valve's head poking into the mall-map. I still do like how they're fleshing a little more "story" into the game by bridging the campaigns better.

Crash Course is out! It's a decent campaign, but really, really short. Haven't have a chance to try Versus yet though.
