I'm gonna have to agree with Tyven here, our defense is doing good, why fire Phillips who is a defensive minded coach? Our offense, especially the o-line, is what is slowing us down, Garrett calls the plays already, if we fire Phillips and make Jason Garrett the coach, what would that do exactly? Nothing, except make our defense weaker since Phillips is calling the defensive plays now.

But what we do need is like Weltall had said, a discipline coach, because really if you look at our play, the thing that hurts us even more than turnovers are penalty flags on 3rd downs on defense and offense, from offsides to false starts. Which has been a problem ever since Bill Parcells left. Penalties has haunted us way too damn much. I feel like we're just giving other teams the games.
