In the items section for chocobo racing, it lists saddles, but I can't find anywhere to actually buy them. Where are they at?

Chocobo racing saddles are not purchased. When you enter a Chocobo Circuit race (Not "Official" NPC races, or free runs), you will have the option of selecting a saddle type when setting up your run.

Only for circuit races. You dont buy them you just pick it from a list.

Not in those mission races, in the ones inside the Chocobo Circuit. When you sign up for a race, first you have to pick a saddle and then the lane you want to race in. ^^
