Help ; ; "Failed to replace" error

Got a new Alienware PC, running Vista ><
I followed the instructions on POL regarding installing on Vista. Im getting this error, any ideas?

Unfortunately all I'm seeing is that people are just restarting their computers and it's working fine, the other suggestion was to sell the account (which appeared on more than one board oddly enough)

You're running POL as administrator? Disabled UAC? blah blah?

I also have no idea why in this many hours from the OP I was actually able to try to help this person.

It seems that the shortcut was to blame. When starting the game from the regular menu, its worked fine. Very odd. Thanks for the help!
