I didn't know you could talk to him again [didn't try], so I just fast-traveled and used the wait function until he got nearby, heh. >_> Took some 13 in game hours, but only 1 minute for me :D

Idk if I'm spelling the name right, but I ran into a Death Claw last night while exploring and it WTFpwnd me from behind. >_>; I was like OH HAY *smack half my health drops* WTF???
You have to go to Regulator HQ. For a point of reference it's a little bit East of the Minefield that you had to go through for Moira. It's a little ranch looking house. There's usually a Yao Guai outside killing their Brahmin. The woman you talk to is on the second floor. She's wearing a cowboy hat.Prolly been answered somewhere before, but does anyone know exactly where to turn the fingers you get from lawbringer into? Can't for the life of me figure it out.
Question time. I've gotten information about the Vault I need to go to from the old computer at the Citadel. But the problem is now it tells me to go talk to the one scribe. The problem is that he's completely fucking vanished. I can't find him anywhere. I even waited until night time when everyone should be in bed and he still is nowhere to be found. I wasn't too pissy about it because I was running around exploring for the last two days. But I would like to continue with the story.
Also, Paradise Falls is a lot of fun to completely demolish. Make sure you bring a missile launcher or the fat man to clear a path.
Just follow the quest marker to him. Some times he's at the "round table" in a meeting.
I've followed the quest marker multiple times. It always leads me outside into the courtyard then it points back inside. I've literally checked everywhere in the Citadel for him with no luck. It's actually getting me frustrated just thinking about it lol.
On the upside though since I can't find him I've been exploring a shitload. And I've gotten my repair skill high enough that I'm almost able to restore weapons to full quality. Right now they are at about 80% when I restore them. So I've basically been hoarding weapons and dropping them off at the house in Megaton. Then I restore as many as I can and sell off the shit that I'm not going to use, like Chinese pistols etc.
I usually only carry four pieces of armor. Eulogy's outfit and his hat, my Regulator duster, and my Tesla armor. Weapons on the other hand I carry an assortment. I try to keep myself as balanced as possible when it comes to weapons. I take one hand to hand(Power Fist), 1 close combat(either Combat Shotgun or Double Barrelled), 1 long range(either my Sniper Rifle or my Plasma Rifle), and 1 machine gun(either the AK or the 10mm submachine gun.)
If I'm really expecting a big dust up I will bring a minigun, missile launcher, and the fat man.
So I think I fucked up, I disarmed the bomb as soon as I got into Megaton the first day I got this game. A few days later I still had the option of rigging it..so I thought I could always come back, fast forward to today and I no longer have the option of blowing it up. I'm guessing that means no suite at Tenpenny? is there any other "houses" I can buy or am I stuck with this shitty shack for good?
you can upgrade ur house's theme, it'll look better
When you decide to disarm or detonate the bomb, you're picking between the Tenpenny Tower suite and My Megaton House. Evil characters who nuke Megaton get the suite, good characters who don't get the shack. I have the shack, idk if there's really much of an advantage either way besides aesthetics.
I actually just saved outside of Tenpenny Towers last night. When I get home I'm fully planning on exterminating everything in there.
Takes longer to get to your suite in Tenpenny tower than it takes to get into the shack.
I went ahead and finished off my first good game and have started an evil play through. After pickpocketing the sheriff to get the bobblehead in his house, I went ahead and nuked Megaton. After nuking it, I went to the ruins (Which you can't enter and if you could, you'd probably die to the radiation. It was +6/sec at the wall.) Moira was a Ghoul outside and still wanted to finish the book. I believe she's gone to Rivet city. In the little searching I did outside of the ruins, I couldn't find anyone else...or any bodies. I wish I had looted the armory before nuking it now. :\
I've been playing this one focusing a bit more on Melee weapons, specifically swords, knives, etc. The fire ants were special enough to get some bullets and grenades thrown their way though...I stole Vance's Vampire's edge again and it seems to be working out well. Hopefully, I'll find some swords soon to repair it. Anyone know where some other decent swords/knives are?
Chinese officer swords seem to be few and far between.
I'm pretty sure Moira goes down to the Underground if you blow up Megaton. Read it earlier in the thread but I'm not looking through eight pages to find it lol.
I managed to get access to my room in the tower by getting into Tenpenny's room (had to speech convince the guard to let me in) I walked out onto the balcony where Tenpenny was sitting and walked around the edge and went through the back door.
killed tenpenny, he drops nothing good =/
Fucking Talon Mercs...
Fought off a Radcorpion, a Large Radscorp, a Guai, and a Robobrain and zone into Lucy's near Tenpenny to do some scrounging and I step out the door only to have 3 Talon mercs pop 5 feet away, one of which had a shotgun pointed at my face.
...Cheap...
Yeah, the Talon mercs have a bad habit of showing up at the worst fucking times.
Especially after you fast-travel somewhere
