It's a bug in that town. People fall to their death on a constant bases. Most the towns men will die at some point if you play long enough.

damn the bottom room of the wheaton armory is worth going down there with 100 lockpicking
I've played about 45 hours now and still haven't gone to the jefferson water tanks where dad is. Too much fun roaming the waste land.
I found some launch codes for a missile silo (can't get in the bunker) and for some space nukes, which are micro ones. Fun stuff!
More I play the more bugs I run into, keep getting jammed in walls and I just stopped dead and lost the HUD today after talking to an NPC in Oasis. Good thing I save so often.
and zosi rad suit + what ever made gives u resistance its only like a tic a second nothing at all to worry about if u go in knowing that
I was wondering about that. I had the same thing happen to me twice, where I'd meet a guy out in the fields and they would just fall dead before me. Strange as hell and I always felt like I was missing out on something.
So I blew off Tenpenny's head and sent it flying over the balcony onto the ground. I went back out a few minutes later and sure enough there was the head laying there.
I know there was a post about it earlier or maybe in the other thread but damn if Lucas Simms isn't made out of paper. One shot from Burke and he goes down.
Yeah he dies fast.
anyone else have a random guy in the waste run up to you yelling about a bomb and then his head explodes? Funniest shit ever lol
I know someone said it before but what power station do you find the damn railway rifle at, I cant find it on prior pages but I know someone said where it was.
The head exploding is due to the slaver collar he had.
I got mine from "Stealing Independence"
Rushed through the storyline and finished the game in 15 hours, gonna go back and do some of the bazillions of side-missions now! :D
