DLC and creator's kit being released for 360 and PC soon! Good thing they got that patch out to fix all the bugs in the core game so they could shift focus and get us the DLC quickly.

Edit: One of the IGn users said it all, "Wtf no PS3 DLC!?, GTA4 and now Fallout3?" Found that funny, someone not doing their research prior to a game releasing.

Anyone else do Agatha's quest to get the violin out of vault... I honestly don't remember. It's nice though since you get slightly better background music than GNR [which destroys the mood sometimes] or the "nothing" background music that goes away inside any building. It's usually just the violin solo from classical tracks and kinda puts me back into the mood and atmosphere after being jarred out.

Plus you get access to a decent ammo cache if you're low on ammo. The vault just has a few mirelurks and botflys, so there's not a lot of risk/reward, mostly just... reward.

Vault 92 has an interesting backstory as well - it's worth running through there to read the computers and holodisc logs alone. Although it's not as interesting as Vault 106's hallucinogenic drugs.

Haven't looked at any guides or anything yet, but at what point do I need to completely stop with the main quest to start finishing sidequests? I just got dad from the vault in the garage, and have escorted him all the way to Rivet City. I know there's a quest with Dr. Li in there, but I don't know how far from the end that is exactly.

The final battle is after raven rock, don't go back to the brotherhood base.

There are so many things to do in this game, but the main plot seems like 1/2/3 and its done.

Can't wait for the DLC, just hope they add more achievements. And I wonder how they are going to continue the main quest after the ending...

There are also some mods out right now that will allow you to continue the game after completing the main quest. I was looking at the Fallout 3 Nexus last night and it seems there's a pair of modders who are working on a plugin that will also change the water in the Potomac river to be fresh and clean of radiation.

I like how people are saying PS3 got screwed in a manner like it is still somehow worth getting it for the Xbox360 compared to PC. Maybe that will change when or if Beth makes DLC free for PC.

More so the fact alot of people dont have a good gaming pc and they dont have a 360 more than likely.

I have it for PC and 360, prefer 360 version, but im sure once the mods come out I'll change my mind.

Why do you prefer it for the Xbox, if you don't mind me asking.

I like playing it on my 46 inch LCD, my LCD for my PC is onry 27" and the PC verson crashes every once in a while, whereas my 360 version has yet to glitch or crash.

You can hook the TV to your PC. Resolution is more important than screen size though, unless you play like 10+ft away.

Also doesn't Fallout 3 upscales? Kind of makes it pointless to play on HDTV if it only lowers the quality.

She also gives you the Blackhawk(55 damage Scoped .44), which is awesome.

HDTVs are 13366x768 or 1920x1080. Unless you have a 30" monitor, you're going to get about the same resolution with a 24" monitor compared to a 1080p TV.

Since the DPI is so much higher on a HDTV, unless you are far away, it's going to look worse.
