Fuck yeah, cannot wait to download this. I even made a separate save file the last time I beat it, right before you follow the robot to the memorial. I am very excited for this. Though I haven't seen how much they are charging for it yet.

I downloaded it as soon as it was up, and got to level 21 just to check two things: New perks and to see if you still get skill points.

I can confirm you still get more skill points, which is going to make getting everything to 100 extremely easy. The new perks I'm a bit disappointed with, though. They seem to basically play the game for you: All SPECIAL stats to 9, instantly making your Karma to any state, removing radiation automatically.

I do like the ones that give you Well Rested at any bed you sleep in for 8 hours and the one that converts any 10 regular Nuka-Colas into a Quantum. There's also one that makes you explode at 20 HP or less, but I don't see that one as being very usable, just fun.

I'm probably just going to get a lot of the old ones that I passed over that I had some mild interest in. I haven't tried any of the new quests yet, but I did fight a Super Mutant Overlord. Definitely not a pushover!

I've also read that the achievements on the 360 version are bugged, also. They will unlock on your console, but won't add to your gamerscore until you recover your gamertag. I'm glad I still have some stuff left over to do before finishing the main story with my second character. Hopefully there will be some solutions soon.

I agree, those perks seem somewhat less than desirable other than Puppies! Looks like I'll be going back over the ones I skipped over as well.

I agree. The new perks pretty much suck overall. The extra levels can open up some new styles though, like unarmed builds if you didn't go for it in your first 20.

Kataku was reporting that people couldn't activate Project Purity after they downloaded this.

Well I can verify the opposite. I waited to finish this game till today (From Raven Rock mission -> end) and it went through the ending without a hitch. So its not an overall bug, but maybe just isolated incidents?

The Tesla Cannon is pretty awesome.

The end of Broken Steel was pretty fun... I just thought it was funny how the Tesla Cannon could blow up the Vertibirds, but not the regular Enclave in one shot.

Yeah the Tesla can completely annihilate a Vertibird in one shot but Enclave soldiers take at least 2. Kind of lopsided lol.

Awww I liked hearing the PS3 guys scream about not having the DLC. Kidding. Glad they finally got up to speed, was fucking gay that this stuff wasn't released for PS3 along with the other systems.

Yessssssssssss, more DLC! I hope they do 100 new achievement points in each, then release a real expansion (a la Shivering Isles) with 200 points!

The crappy thing though is that after spending $50 on all of the DLC I doubt I will have spent more time on it than I did on Shivering Isles, which was $30...

Point Lookout is out in a couple of hours! I'm really excited for this one...I like the creepy atmosphere of the swamp area, it should be a nice deviation from the Capital Wasteland.

I'm one bronze trophy way from platinum on ps3. I'm sure they will add new trophies with the DLC so I was wondering if I actually rented the game to get the last trophy would my platinum disappear when the new dlc comes out?
