While Fighting Jailer of temperance, He petrified us at 1%, killed us then died by Dia. Another time we had floor 100 Cerberus with no White magic allowed, Gates of Hades us 4x in a row and we wiped and dissvernment killed him unclaimed... once again no drops.

Stop wiping.

I once had a situation with the ZNM Marid going unclaimed and falling to the ground due to DoT. The weird part was that he only killed one of our members (Attacked me afterwards) then went unclaimed.

As stated earlier, he went unclaimed because the person he killed was the last person to do an action on him.

i had something die to dot WHILE CLAIMED, and i didn't get drops/exp. probably because of the add i had, but still a bit odd <.<

More commonly, if a pet with hate is released, the mob goes yellow (as any BST will tell you).

Actually, leaving the pet isn't what causes the target mob to become unclaimed; it's charming another one.

You can charm any random mob, throw it at another mob, and use leave on it, the claimed mob will stay claimed. Charm a new pet, mob goes yellow.
