I think VT should get dance consideration after this one. Up 20 on Miami with 4 left. I think they will beat us tomorrow.

I think it's because they have a double bye in the first round? Or am I thinking of the wrong conference?
it's the double byes for the first 4 teams yeah
And down go the Jayhawks.
Those mighty mighty Jayhawks! loooooool, to fucking Baylor no less.
Edit: inb4 Cinderella and team of destiny excuses.
KU had too many white guys in the game. Best ratio is 4:1 blacks. Another acceptable ratio is 3:2 and that's only if one of the white's is a Cherokee Parks type fellow. Baylor didn't even look like a basketball team really (from what I was able to watch on ESPN360 at work) and KU looked like they didn't even give a shit.
Dude, fuck Duke, but I loved me some Cherokee Parks.
Whatever, yo! He's no Trajan Langdon.
Awesome finish to Nova and Marquette.
I think the double byes are kinda lame. They could play the first round over two days. Have the top 4 play Wednesday and get a day's rest before the semis.
I don't think the double byes are lame. They are rewarding the teams who deserve to be rewarded, and punishing the lesser teams. Everyone in the Top 8 gets at least one bye, while everyone below has to basically win five straight games. Seems fair to me.
Also, no #1 seed for KU, that's for sure. Now it will depend on how OU does in their tourney and what not as I don't think Memphis will get a #1 seed either. This may all settle itself and the runner-up in the Big East final may get a #1 seed as well.
I don't know how many times that I've said that West Virginia is a fantastic team, but I can't say it enough.
Pitt's getting owned. Seriously gonna have to agree with Colin Cowherd on something. This year, it doesn't seem like there is a *real* #1 team as it seems like every team has a gigantic glaring weakness.
What a monster jam by WVU.
I really do think Pitt is the best all around team, but they are very, very beatable when Blair gets a few fouls, as he is apt to do from time to time.
Oh, by the way, OK State is up on OK.
If Pitt, Oklahoma lose, coupled with Kansas losing, I think officially locks up #1s for Lou and UNC.
I still think UL will have to have another win. If UL does get a #1 seed, I hope Memphis gets thrown into their bracket for some old school rivalry action. If #2 seed, well, you all know where I want them to go.
I don't see how you could argue against Lou getting a #1. They won one of the best conferences in the land outright, and the other contenders are losing - Kansas, and maybe OK/Pitt. The BE team I think that should be worried is UConn.
I dunno. If OU/Pitt both lose, and with KU losing.. UNC/Louisville would be safe, and possibly UConn and Memphis as #1 seeds if things hold out. Crazy how that's a possibility.
Blair with the T for the deadball push. Pitts in trouble.
Might be needing a Tom Izzo "just as planned" shoop here in a bit =D.
