Awesome no-call brah.
Awesome no-call brah.
Hooray only one OT tonight for 'cuse!
I just hope tomorrow night is as good as the past two nights, no joke there's some great basketball going on, looking forward to the tourney.
Things are starting to shape up well. MSU should take care of the Buckeyes but Purdue is lurking again and i know they have spoiler on their mind.
lolbig12. Mizzou vs Baylor...wow.
Is Syracuse this years UGA? Basically 4 games in 4 days now, and im honestly giving them half a chance against Louisville.
Haha, fuck you Florida. Enjoy the NIT again. Outside of UF hatred, im actually glad Auburn pulled that one out. They've been surging recently and playing their hearts out and I hope theyve earned themselves at least bubble consideration now even if they lose. The SEC is mediocre no doubt, but at least they all play eachother tooth and nail.
What the fuck is up with Maryland? Srsly? Is there any top 10 team they cant trounce?
maryland has done this the past few years towards end of the season and it dies in the 2-3 round of the tourney. But their hot right now no doubt, im glad were not playin them w/o lawson, yet...
dook will win the ACC tourney after we lose to FSU today. path is setup for them nicely after surviving last night.
Syracuse may fall asleep during the game against the Lou today. I'm predicting that it will get very ugly.
EDIT: Just turned on ESPN to see Bilas dissing Lou's #1 seed chances.
Sorry for the double post, but has anyone seen this yet?

Yep that sounds like Jay Bilas.
Michigan State is currently getting worked by Ohio State, down by 16 with <8 minutes to play. Barring a comeback, that's one less team pushing for a #1 seed.
I dont know what team Ohio State was playing earlier today, but they're playing Michigan State now.
Edit: And Michigan State disappeared again. Where do they keep going?
Edit2: We'll take our #2 seed home happily and get some much needed rest. Working on some 3 point shots wouldnt hurt either. Memphis should have that 4th seed locked up now.
Hansbrough made some really fucking retarded plays today. Not only is he chasing Reddick's scoring title, but his acting awards for flopping as well.
Pretty shitty game for us all around, Im glad we lost, more time for Lawson's toe to heal. ALso yeah I was like wtf a few times when he flopped, he normaly doesnt do that shit, no point in flopping, its not the NBA their not going to call it. I think he needs to stop watching spur's games or something. On a good note him and ellington gave us a chance to win the game, which I knew we were going to drop this one today.
Pretty eager to watch the louisville and cuse gme, should be good, but highly likely that UL will run them off the floor, its hard to win 4 games in 4 days, esp with that long fuckin game against UCONN.
Very predictable loss today. Green was completely MIA, Lawson not playing, and the rest of the team just had off games. People were forcing stuff at the end, especially Ellington and Hansbrough. They didn't want to lose, but their games weren't on enough to beat a very good opponent having a very good game. I'm not upset by the loss, and I'm looking forward to seeing Hansbrough break the ACC scoring record in person on Thursday.
ACC Prediction: Dook beats FSU
BE Prediction: Louisville by 32
B10: Purdue
B12: Who cares
Ehh, you guys have had enough losing to us for one year. And the ACC Tourney title will give yall something to fap about until dook becomes title relevant again.
Holy jesus that landing was nasty...I hope Ongeneat is ok =x.
MVP couldn't go to a more deserving player. Kid played a fantastic tournament. The game was pretty much a repeat of the Villanova game. That defense just wears you down, and Syracuse didn't have a lot left in the tank anyway. Hope UCONN gets the last #1, but I have a feeling it'll go to Memphis.
Feel really bad for Syracuse, after all the time they played it sucks to see them eliminated.
Sucks that they didnt win the tourney, yes. But they've improved their NCAA seed tremendously, and Im not sure if beating Louisville would put them much higher than what they're going to get right now.
My top 8 seeds as it stands right now.
#1's:
Louisville
UNC
Pitt
Memphis
#2's:
UConn
MSU
Oklahoma
Duke
Oklahoma won't get a 2. They didn't even win the regular or post season Big12 titles, and have been really sliding the last few weeks. If a big12 team goes on a 2 line, it has to be kansas, as much as I hate to say that.
Mizzou will make a strong 3 seed this year though. Demarre Caroll and JT Tiller are two of the most underrated players in the country.
