constant thing with me as well for the past 3 days (not counting registration maint.). SE is charging my bank $1 as a verification each each day I've tried but POL then saying "server busy or wrong cc info."
I've called SE and they've given me the spiel "its our busy time of the month, give it a week to straighten out" and the newest one is that my bank is taking to long to reply to their bank thus resulting in a denial on SE's end.
Error mssg that I'm getting is UCS-60257. Is that the same message everyone else is getting?
