I'm predicting Unicron won't have much beyond an introduction in this movie, somehow there'll be space fighting, Megatron 'll get beaten and get knocked into space, and then in the post credits scene, he'll float by Unicron for an upgrade in the third movie.

Also, doubt we'll see Rodimus since everyone loves Optimus (and Rodimus was so emo in the original they even brought Optimus back then).

They did change his personality but it kinda makes sense, bumblebee was always the teenage transformer trying to prove he was an adult, what better way than to pair him up with the teenager?

It was sad he wasn't a bug (I drive a bug myself :O), but like said above what else could they do when volkswagen wasn't a part of it?

I know, but he still felt like the most useless and "unwanted" of them all. Least to me when I watched them as a kid. Lol

Although I've never seen the cartoons, I'm familiar w/ em. The first movie was ok, just action, blowing up shit, and some neat special effects. Will probably see it. I can't stand the dude w/ the jewfro.

Yeah, I personally thought the first movie sucked, but the transformers were cool and the effects were neat.

Definately just a netflick for the sequel.

I was probably too young when the show came on to remember it, but I do have bumblebee and optimus toys. The only robot show I can remember which I thought to be transformers but later discovered it was the other robot show Gobots. I have a few other toys but I'm not sure on the names or if they were even in the show to begin with. Constructicons are the yellow/purple dudes? I have the backhoe one.

I really haven't watched any of the shows aside from beast wars. (Was it called beast wars?)

Well anyway I'll probably end up watching this movie too.

Why is everyone bringing up the whole deep sea thing?

Barricade and Starscream were never captured in the first film. Barricade was never involved in the final fighting and Starscream is shown flying off at the end. Besides Megatron, those were the only two Decepticons listed that were in the first film. I wouldn't be surprised if they used the old line about Megatron's consciousness being moved to a 'new' body or whatever.

Oh oh oh you forgot about Scorponok! He escaped during that battle with those soldier back in the middle east but he did lose his tail.
