Why does CNN have 199 electoral votes while other places say 200? I can't figure out the difference.

Obama leading VA by 10,000 now. I think CNN is about to call it.
Obama gaining ground in IN... 7,000 votes behind.
McCain's taking TX and KS.
Edit: Scratch that, Obama beginning to gain ground in MO.
I really wonder how bad this will get for McCain. 300-238? 320-218?
Not really surprised here, nor disappointed. Though I voted for McCain, I believe Obama has a lot of potential, moreso with a senate and most likely house that will support him. I'm actually somewhat surprised McCain has gotten as much as he has in a lot of places, I really didn't expect anything in Bush's wake.
IOWA TO OBAMA
and it don't stop
This just in: McCain suggests we suspend the vote tallying, get wasted, and try counting again
I'm guessing at least 335 Obama. Possibly 350, depending on IN and MO.
54 Dem senate seats now
Less than 5,000 vote difference in IN now... MO getting closer by about 19,000 votes.
CNN fixed their numbers.
Obama (207), McCain (89)
CNN going to call TX for McCain soon... IN still counting their last 2 counties... real real close.
They'll probably call NC and VA for Obama any minute now.
Indiana gets further away, then takes a big jump forward when more Lake County precincts report, but Lake County is 74% reported now, not much more room to go to hold a lead over the rest of the state.
Going to be super fucking close.
A Democrat president and majority in both houses of Congress. The stars are in alignment for the Democrats.
fuck Obama /
