How can anyone say someone deserved this? If you're a server in a restaurant and you're not doing your job well, people have a right to complain about it. That's part of being in customer service.

True, some people are downright rude, but come on, putting shit in someone's food? That's a serious health violation. That kind of shit (ugh) can give someone Hepatitis or E.coli. That's not funny. You may think it's a funny joke to fuck with someone's food like that, but giving someone a disease is no laughing matter. Even if the customer is an absolute fucking cunt, it comes with the job, suck it up. Don't want people bitching at you, don't work in fucking customer service.

I would never think of doing something like this. Not only is it disgusting, but it's not going to change anything. You think that's going to make the customer say, "Hmm, you fed me shit, I think I'll be less bitchy now?" Some people need to be put in their place but that's not the way to do it.
