This is what I was thinking honestly. I've trio'd Roc/Simurgh in plenty of time before, it just depends on your strategy and the ability of the players. If I had to recomend a stupid rage timer, it would be NQ Kings. 60minutes is way too much time for something like NQ Turtle/Behemoth, even Fafnir anymore. Most LS's should/already be able to do Fafnir in < 20minutes.
The way I see it, is SE must have a set amount of people that can do a set amount of dmg in a given time for you to win. That's how they implemented rage timers. Which is just stupid. Limiting players to go by how they play (to an extent) is rather poor service. Wait wha?
edit: except they really screwed up NQ behemoth's time. If I were for rage I would say his timer should be 10minutes but then again I think his timer should be removed completely so people who CAN may solo.
should have used monk instead of nin. Ive duoed it with rdm and mnk but Ive seen full alliances wipe to it because they were morons
lolrage, but more importantly Alt where the hell are you!?
That's odd because its obviously stronger when its melee hits go from 30 to 90 DMG (Up to 160 on crits) per hit. I fought it for about the same amount of time (Total) as well so it wasn't a rage timer later than that.
Edit: Might have to do with the amount of times it hits you since on DRG I don't use shadows.
lol... Seriously? I can keep up with ninjas on mamools and it's fair game there. I tied at 31% with one ninja in the party, and the relic ninja had 38%. It'd probably be a better comparison if both ninjas had normal weapons, but yeah.. If I can match nin on mamools it's easy to see I would wreck them on colibri. (Also, I'm pretty sure slashing only gets a 10% reduction on roc type mobs.)
I miss being bard in thf parties on colibri well an drg parties with friends. But yeah, for like Roc and Simurgh it's great to get like 2 thfs with support and watch them go to town. Always makes me feel like a crappy tank when a thf is at one of them.
btw this thread made me think of this: YouTube - Hyper Simurgh
Nah, Jesus has Reraise, that's a well-known fact. He used it shortly before teleporting.
