I agree with using Nkote/Usu hands when focus is down and O/Bkote when focus is up. Before full usu, I used to use Usu hands for TP simply because I disliked to use sushi/get madrigal. More often than not, I ended up getting madrigal anyway, so I'd end up using Okotes for TP if acc was under 90%.
