    This is going to fail, I hate these remakes of these awesome classic movies that get ruined. The last movie with hilary swank was garbage, this is going to be much worse. Whats next? a remake of back to the future that puts a horrible spin on such an awesome classic movie?

    Eh I think it'll do better than a lot of movies because Will Smith is involved but I wouldn't say it'll be a blockbuster hit either.

    Idk, Back to the Future may not be as bad... they can do a flashback to the 70s or 80s, definitely seems better suited as a remake then Karate Kid

    I would be pissed if they remade the "Back to the Future" movies.

    Reserving judgment for this remake though since I was never that into Karate Kid movies.

    I say Samuel L Jackson for the new sensei, because right now all I'm picturing is his "Inglewood Jack" hockey video with Chris Chelios.

    And Karate Kid was classic, everyone and their dog busted out the Crane Kick as the end-all fight maneuver at some point.
