Does anyone know if Utgarde Keep (or Nexus for that matter) gives rep? Plan for alot of my guild members is to just spam 5 mans for the first day or so to hopefully get a jump on rep and whatnot.

IIRC, only heroics and the main level 80 dungeons give rep. I could be wrong though, been a bit since I was on beta.

What percent of a 70/71 XP bar do the first couple of instances give and how long do they take for people in good gear? I'm trying to decide if I want to put together a group to just grind out instances for exp or not.

There was a Blizzard post saying that you had to wear a tabard with the certain faction to get rep with them. But the good thing is, you can do it in and outside of heroics.

If you wear a tabard for a certain faction, you'll gain rep with both factions. Say a mob gave 10 rep with X, when wearing Y tabard it will give 5 X and 5 Y rep. That's how I understand it anyways.
