Hi everyone,
I'm wondering how you guys deal with your anger and/or depression. Most people here I would guess play videogames so I thought maybe someone here would have some good suggestions that I could apply irl.
It doesn't have to be vg-related. I've heard some people hit the gym and it helps them relieve stress and relax. I've been doing that for a few months aggressively and it has helped to some degree.
Right now I feel angry and I am powerless to change what I want to change, so I need ways to calm down and not think about doing stupid things I will no doubt regret.
