Did SSR boss and distributed drops with 9mins at engage last time, with 2 MNK/NINs and apoc DRK/SAM on it, melee had already used 2hrs on turtle ramparts, but the BRD had a revitalizer i believe, kited for the shortest time possible during charm then stun > last resort or stun > SE to get hate back fast afterwards.

Even if you dont have access to a relic i'm sure its possible a fair bit faster than that with some well geared and smart melee and 3 way skillchain action, especially if they save their 2hrs or have additional revitalizers, just dont waste any time after the DDs charm wears, get straight back on it.

Have done LAC in a little under 9min, but double Amano SAMs... I don't see it being done reliably in less than 12 minutes with convential DD setups.

As far as farming, a good 6 man group can do everything in SSR including the boss, but you need to move fast and everyone needs to know what they're doing. I personally prefer super tanking 1st floor with your best DD. RDM with phalanx 2 is godly on this floor. Ideally for a 6 man group, I'd say brd rdm whm thf 2DDs (SAM WAR DRK MNK w/e). Since your group is comprised of seven people, I'm confident you can clear anything you want with enough practice.

COR is pretty godly for your DDs, so for your people I would say: PT#1: WHM RDM BRD COR 2 best DDs and PT#2: THF solo. Provided your DDs have above average gear, I can't see you not clearing everything if you move fast and do things correctly. As mentioned by others, SSR is really about practice more than anything, once the DD/pullers get used to the mob behavior and the mages are familiar with what they need to be doing, everything should work well.

Taking a 6-7 man group into SSR is actually pretty ideal since you can farm things more quickly since less will want/need drops. And when I say more quickly, I mean you might get Macha's Slops, Hikazu Hara-ate, Freya's Gloves, etc etc within like a year versus a century.

    Fuck SSR~

As stated above, easy to do SSR all NM+Boss farm with practice.
Cleared Hammer > Powder > GGs > CC > LAC in 79mins with Amano SAM (total 7 people)

Why do you need an amano sam? I guess to each their own.

    We go with:

    Mnk/nin x2
    Brd/whm
    Blm/nin
    Whm/sch
    Rdm/whm
    Thf/nin

You can easily kill all NMs + Boss with this setup with time to spare

    1st/2nd floor:
Hammerblow Powderkeg path should take no more than 50 mins.

    3rd/4th floor:
Triple gears / CC should take no more than 35mins.

Only thing we do for these floors is prior to 4th floor warp up, the THF flees prior to zoning up to chase the gear train. The thief pulls the gear train.

    You can either:
    - perfect dodge/fanatics (to allow time for the other two gears to arrive) and ES sleepga 2 the set.
    - a good blm is also capable of getting to the thief to sleepga 1 the gear train, and proceed to stack ES sleepga 2 as the other 2 gears enter the room.

We pull the ramparts south of the gear/rampart/chariot chamber if we're doing boss, north if we're not.

Blm/nin is used to kite LAC in the event the mnks get charmed. That's pretty much all there is to it.

    What I would suggest is:

First floor farming up to Hammerblow pulls: RDM BRD COR MNK MNK THF, WHM
Hammerblow pulls + Hammerblow: RDM BRD COR WHM MNK MNK, THF
For the rest of the run: WHM BRD COR MNK MNK THF, RDM

Don't gimp your THF out by leaving them out of the main pt for main combat, they can do awesome damage with songs and enhanced rogue's roll is nice for your MNK too. Exception is for Hammerblow, where typically they'd either be doing the deaggro pulls or you'd need the regen3s/phalanx2s/extra healing to supertank them. For the rest of the run though, RDM can perform their main roles just fine outside of the main party and still have some form of refresh. WHM can keep MP up with ballads/rolls/sublimation and should be able to haste 2 people np, RDM can dia2/3, dispel fomors, and pull + haste 1 person or haste 2 people and/or backup cure. BRD keeps buffs up, finales fomors and pulls and/or backup heals, COR keeps rolls up and helps DD, MNKs and THF rip everything up.
