Healing Breath with Roundel Earring?

I just noticed that DRG can wear Roundel, could this possibly add the 5% potency to Healing Breaths? Anyone have access to an earring that can test this?

Only as much as Moldavite Earring affects Astral Flow.

it's worth a test at least, Dragoon's AF that enhanced wyvern's stats also enhanced NPCs for a time untill they patched it, that included regen/acc/hp%, so who knows.
