I actually like the Dell dock a lot better than RocketDock, which is what I used on my XP machine. RocketDock always had silly little errors that would annoy me. What I like most about Dell's dock, though, is the categories/content you can add (see pic below):

I usually use Anime Paper - Anime and Manga wallpapers and scans! (アニメ) they have lots of wallpaper in many resolutions.

Objectdock is pro, never fails and is decently custimizable. Would recommend.
