Is that darkened bar at the bottom Rainmeter? If so what theme is it? I still can't get Rainmeter to work how I'd like, but I really like what you have there.

Kind of a side question about desktops, on my ASUS anytime I swap power plans it changes my wallpaper from whatever it's on to this ungodly bright white. Is there a way to stop it from swapping wallpapers when swapping power plans or not? (I'm not sure how vague of a question this is, but I just assumed it was a feature that was common on newer laptops.)

I really like that bottom bar as well, and in fact I just installed rainmeter so I could have just that. It is not, as someone said, the default skin, and I can't seem to find it.

If anyone knows what it is, that would be great.

I knew it wasn't the default bar, because I (as dumb as it sounds) cannot figure out how to get rid of the default bottom bar+quick links as I find it fairly hideous in its standard form. That's looks pleasant and good enough that I could abandon rocketdock for quick launching.

Something else I've been wondering: does anyone know any good twitter and RSS feed applications to place on your desktop? Right now I have tweetdeck but that's kind of bulky and not as subtle as I would like. I haven no RSS feed ticker unfortunately .

It's just some random frame for Rainmeter. Also, the icons that are placed on that frame are from Rocketdock.

Set the transparency (for the background frame) to whatever you prefer, be sure to set its position to bottom.

Using dev chrome, it's not transparent due to Speed Dial. But instead is a semi-unstable transparency made within the actual skin.

It will not work in normal, or beta chrome.

I can't be the only one who uses window 7 desktop slideshow, can I? I have like 548 wallpapers that I cycle through. I need to get rid of 10-20 meh ones.. (Due to 4chan my collection of yummy 1920x1080, 1920x1200, and 2560x1600 wallpapers are steadily increasing.)
