I noticed he's not using a G.Axe either which I've seen a lot of Warrior promoting these days. But wouldn't DW be preferred with NIN SJ and G.Axe with like SAM or THF?

GAX is general better even with NIN SJ, you can easy reach the accuracy cap and eat just meat food, while still attaining a moderate rate of haste. Dual wielding needs lots of more work into it to make it worthwile and come close to GAX (if at all).

Thats why jobs without any at least B+ rated 2handed skill have a hard time to keep up with dmg, example: THF BST NIN PUP MNK DNC. And if they can, it involves some of the best gear available.

Farus is gimp, weather you like it or not, he lacks AH gear even. You don't need experience to know how a job works and what kind of equip you need for it. Dusk Hands for Idle? Lamia Kaman? Cerb mantle? and I don't supose he has a shield torque for ichi? I am now wondering what he uses for his hand slot to TP on war now.

Now im wondering, if Sorca has never bothered to "Gear" paladin, why he has AF1+1 feet, Rem cape, Etherial Earring.

People arn't saying they need Af2, Haut, B.mask and every last fancy thing. There is a minimal standard to do the job well tho. Also, don't take this as a attack im just simply pointing out the holes in your arguement. If you get pissy at that then, blame yourself.

On another note: What's this I hear about TDG claiming Dark Ixion and taking near 4 hours to kill it with multiple deaths only to get nothing because someone had an allied tag on in their alliance?

Now you've added another point to this arguement, besides saying its ok to forget 10-20k NQ items off AH which will make more of a diffrence then the current.

Btw, full K. Armor, its gimp for any days standards, people did use shield back in oh say 04, shock and horror not every pld back then was a earth staff hugger. Tho nice of you to admit you really wasted a D.ring and the real question for you isn't does it get the job done, but how messy are the kills and do you even manage to keep hate?

+28 store TP (+63 assuming merits fully, which I'd doubt with him) and kaiten's +7 still isn't enough for a 5 hit... why waste those slots? Not that the others are bright choices either

yah it was pretty funny. i saw the tail end of the fight and marco deleveling.

also a friend of mine sent me this earlier today... was doing assaults with this guy and this is full time gear.. no swap for ws.
