I have never use warwolf belt fulltime, so dont say something u dont know.

Veggeto confirmed it also when he merited with Zhira at that time so it wasn't just me. The Hauberk swaps I saw Zhira using was fulltimed with no blinking as well. Meaning at several points, a Hauberk was swapped for an Ares Body and being used fulltime with a Rune Chopper so there's that.

I'll take that pinch of salt now amy.~

Oh and to be fair to Zhira I can tell he/she spent a bit of time upgrading the WAR to a lot better then what I saw over a month ago so comparing what Zhira was using fulltime then to what is being used now in regards to the xiah profile shows some concern for better gearing the job up. So props to Zhira for bettering the job out to compliment that Ares Body. I'm hoping the BLM is the same way for Mike's peace of mind.

Zhira joined my linkshell, Lifestream, a few months ago and attended an event day where we held KS99 behemoth runs as well as a few salvage groups.

(S)he came as blm to the KS99 and didn't follow direction very well. This person died several times during the fights due to nuking with AM+ before hate was established or just being dumb and not kiting at all. They also had somewhat of a sour attitude and kept spamming party chat with "..." everytime they died in this manner.

We allowed Zhira to come with us on either a Silver Sea Remnants or Arrapago Remnants run [I dont remember which] as blm as well. The initial pass/lot phase was bearable, but on into the run they kept replying to direction or called cells with "lol..." or "roflmao"s. When told to not cast magic in a room that we were ninja-ing past that had gears and a chariot, they stood in a corner and cast invisible on themselves after being told that the mobs were true sight but somehow managed to not aggro.

I dont remember offhand if Zhira left our shell or if we asked them to leave, but their trial only last a single day with us. This person did not click with us at all and didn't strike me as the type of person that was seasoned end-game to know what does/does not aggro, how to follow direction well or listen. While I wont comment on their gear choices since I believe that gearing jobs is something that can easily be taught, I will say that this person has room to grow when it comes to most end game activity. If their attitude/listening skills have improved since I last experienced them, they could possibly make a decent addition to a newer shell.

just an update:

She/he got accepted into my shell then got booted a few days later for being a complete moron.
When we where fighting Almathia she insisted on using a Rune Chopper, so i asked her to change to Perdu Voulge, then she asks "Why?" so i gave her my explanation and then she relpied with "W/e" (Not realy how you wanna talk to the guy that's leading your shell on the 1st day imo). Anyhoo, on her app she said she didnt mind coming to events as BLM "but i will have to work on it more, so it's ok".
On Day2 she was exping in Mire and had to be /told to come to DA (after telling her in /LS more than once).
Day 3 she was asked to come to Sky to farm a Diorite so we could pop Byakko leading to a Kirin set(lolSky), again she had to be /told to come and replied with "Blah" > "I realy dont feel like coming today" > "omw".
As if the above wasn't enough, today we tried to lowman a Kirin, it went slower than we thought it would so she put her bitching head on and gave it some mouth. After the event i hear that she has been saying over /ls: "really don't feel like waiting for an LS that needs to build up" and they were looking at applying to a larger LS and were pissed that apps are closed to EU ppl.

It's quite allright sir. Background checks are for this purpose but I'd hoped Zhira's personality wasn't going to match up with the gear he/she used originally when I 1st met him/her. I'm not the best person to deal with sometimes also because I'm known for giving shit back to people when they start/provoke shit with me so the person who PM'd/told you to take my advice with a pinch of salt is obviously some lil-angsted, crybaby person whose mouth is bigger then his balls.

Anyways, I'm sorry things turned out bad with this player.
