If those are the only jobs you have, I don't know. I can confirm it's an easy solo on thf/nin; just try not to get damaged too much because repairing it with bloodies is a long process...

Should be an easy solo on either job. I don't know the spawn location though, so I cant say about links/aggro etc.

Ended up soloing this on rdm/nin a few years ago. Wasn't too hard of a fight, just long as most of the damage came from en-spells. Can't remember really if there is a "safe" spot near it to fight, but I think a few bats end up spawning near SS location that I ended up just killing before pulling it to that hallway and killing it before repops happened.

i solod this on blm/rdm the other day actually. its fairly easy. just utilize grav and bind. if your not taru you will probably have to manafont. i did not get hit until i used manafont. cause i didnt care about cast interrupt at that point. If you dont want to font, just ES sleep II and rest and you should be fine. But yeah, easy solod on blm/rdm

I solo'd it on RDM/NIN, after a few minutes in, I got pretty lazy about it and stopped casting shadows, and just ride the phalanx/stoneskin defense

well: then it hit me for a nice Fluid Toss that broke my stoneskin and put me in low enough HP to aggro one of the ghost in it's spawn area (I pulled it back only about half way towards the corner outside of it's spawn room)

Still was an easy solo even with having to keep that ghost slept while fighting the NM. He's pretty much a push over for a lv75, enspells will rip him apart pretty good too.

Just clear the bats and slimes near the corner that's before the spawn room, and fight it there. it's 16min repop iirc so you have plenty of time to kill the NM before anything pops again.

I just killed all possible aggro, bio/poisoned and kited it back to the beginning where you can't get aggro then nuked > bind/grav blah blah and ran around like a retard till it died. It's not that hard.

Mine popped fast, took me about two painful painful hours popping it for a PLD friend.

Does it only pop in the big room with the 2 haunts, or in the hallway where the 2 PHs were?

only ever seen it pop in the room with the ghost.

longest I've camped with no pop is 3 hours (then I left) but mostly it tends to pop within an hour from my experience (I've camped it with friends atleast 10 times total in the past 4 years)

time i killed it, it was in first round of repops. after that, i just hauled it to zone and DoTed it till it was low and then blew it to hell. think i was on rdm/blm. honestly, it was a stupid way to do it, but i was a noob at the time and it worked, so w/e. got the job done. should give you an idea of how many options you have open to you.

Just grav/bind and nuke. Clear the pops first; the fight won't take long. It doesn't have a lot of HP and it takes extra magic damage, so just pop Manafont if you need to and rape it.

Did as Rdm/Blm, cleared anything that would aggro in the hall first, rested to full Chainspell nuked left him with very little HP so Gravity/Bind rested MP a bit got back up and finished him with 2 nukes. Very easy fight.

I did it as RDM/BLM, was really easy. Gravitied and took it to the Ronf. zone and just kept it gravitied/bound and nuke-kited till it was dead. Didn't even pop chainspell, though that would have made the fight faster I guess.

I solod it as blu/nin while exploring down there for fun.... when it popped I regurgitationed it then sneaked up and ran to zoneline with it in tow, and then disseverment and zoned. Using this strategy I basically would let it wander back slowly, then when poison wore, I would regurgitation again, which I found out it really does more damage if it hits behind the mob, and does well on this guy, about 500+ damage with my weak nuke build for it. Then run back to zoneline, wait for it to unbind and reach me, and disseverment > zone again. Once it got down to about 3% hp i finished it off with another regurgitation. A bit different from rdm or blm but you can always go /nin if your scared and bio II, zone, wait for bio to wear, nuke pull > drag to zone and bio II before zoning again.

RDM/NIN should have no problem soloing it, just takes awhile with Enspells as your main source of damage.

On another note, it's also a very easy solo for PLD/RDM.

RDM/nin is silly easy, you can take it down melee wise, but if you want to be relatively safe, you can nuke it down, it takes massive magic damage, and you won't be as exposed to annoying TP moves as you would be through melee'ing it.

I soloed it as RDM/BLM in casting style gear back in the day, via melee, though RDM can also grav/nuke it down easily.

Seriously, it's a pathetically easy solo for RDM.

Soloed it as like 73RDM/NIN back in the day, it was easy despite getting some repop links near the end. 75 with actual gear would annihilate it, whether you nuke or melee.
