As far as I could tell from my 2 years living there, you could be watching porn on all 8 screens of your black-hole tinted SUV swerving across 9 lanes of the interstate with expired plates and the arm of a dead body hanging out of your trunk and cops wouldn't bat an eye.

Been pulled over 3 times, only warned. Just be polite and strike up a convo, it's not hard. Act like a tard(ex. ask to look at radar, badge number, ect.) and they will go out of their way to ticket you.

I got pulled over going 52 in a 35 mph zone, never had any prior traffic violations. Sheriff gave me a $190 dollar ticket...

yeah i have been pulled over 4 times and have only gotten warnings. 2 are for speeding, 1 for running a red light and the officer not thinking i was old enough to drive (i was 17 too), and the 4th was for not stopping completely at a stop sign and my friend was drinking a beer in the passenger seat and spilled it everywhere when we got pulled over, so almost got open container but he let me go too. all my friends think its ridiculous because i don't know any that have gotten a warning let alone 4. But the secret is just saying your sorry, it seems to work for me somehow.

I got a ticket for going 13 over in a 75, it was the second ticket in my life. I still don't know what you people are talking about with this "warning" crap I don't think they exist.


On a side note I still haven't paid that ticket over a year later. Does that make me a bad person? Also what kind of shit can I get in if I get pulled over again(ticket was from another state)?

just a far warning, the state u recieved the ticket in will suspend your right to operate in their state.....if you continue to not take action, your current state your license is under can suspend your right to operate a M/V until you pay the ticket, or they just suspend it for a year and still have u pay off the fine.

I've only been pulled over once.

Was visiting my (then boyfriend) husband in Michigan, I'm from NY. Was around... 20yrs old? I was slowing down for the work area - 45mph zone -, but I guess I was still in the 60s. Someone passed me doing around 75~.

I see a cop pull out... he pulls me over; ;

..I get off with a warning.

Even though I had a NY driver's license, in a Michgan car... and the registration for it at his house. THere was an old one in there, and at that time, my name was my maiden name. Took the guy forever to get back to me, and ended up being just a warning. I guess not freaking out, and offering that if I needed to, he could follow me back to the house so I can go get it (I was about 3 blocks away off of the highway), helped? Heh.

Oh another one was when I was at college campus driving late at night. Went through a yellow light that was a really really close call to blowing a red, and didn't see there was a cop stopped when I went through. About 1/2 mile down he pulled me over right near my apartment. I didn't even see him it was so dark out until his lights went up.

I just played it cool, told him I was driving a little faster than I should have and wouldn't have made the stop in time. Didn't know that acting polite would have gotten me one of those mythical warnings since I already had a speeding ticket (first and only) from a year prior. I was also going about 32 in a 25, so I knew I wasn't getting pulled over for speeding.

But yea, be nice and not a douchebag like some others have said and you might be able to get away with a minimum fine (unless you did something extremely stupid, like say hit a stopped patrol car on the highway who is on the shoulder).

First ticket I got was pulling out of my high school parking lot on the last day of my Junior year -_- Went 45 in a 25 zone and got pulled over right as I pulled out onto the street.

Second one I was driving home from a college class and was driving along side like 10 other cars and didnt notice a stopped school bus on the side of the road and the cop decided to pull me over out of that group of cars that didn't stop for it. That shit was $550. only other incident I've had with a cop was stopping in a park's parking lot to eat some taco bell i got with my boyfriend and a cop came up to my car and took my boyfriend out, put him in the backseat of his cop car and then came over to me, told me that park was closed and we cant park here, then asked me if i was giving my boyfriend a blow job while im still sitting there with a chalupa in my hand clueless >_>

Lol, I got caught once at a beach hooking up with a girl in the back. A car pulled up and we figured it was just someone else, though they were being assholes keeping their lights on. Then through the fogged windows we realized it was in fact a police office. So we got dressed, turned the car on, and started to leave when he came walking towards us. hands us a $25 ticket with a smile for parking in an illegal zone and goes away. Part that pissed me off is this beach is in the middle of fucking no where, all thats close to it are a couple of trailers people park on it for the summer. As we drive away we see some old people watching us, who clearly called the cops, fuckin assholes.

Ive only been pulled over twice.

Once was driving back from school, 5 miles away from my house, backwards. was 1/2 a mile away form doing it. The cop was nice though and said it was very impressive. and only gave me a littering fine cuz it was my first but it was stupid enough to not be able to talk my way out of a ticket.

Got my first ever citation 2 weeks ago. Operating a vehicle at a speed which didn't allow the driver ample time to slow down. In other words, you rolled a Durango, climbed out untouched, and we didn't Breathalyzer nor take you to the hospital because you're the Sgt.'s neighbor.


I would've blown just over the limit, but glad they didn't ask me to.

Other than that, haven't been pulled over once. Just got another citation (2 in 2 weeks) for blowing up old pumpkins in a field.

my tail light in my old bronco2 went out as I as driving, cop immediately pulled me over then combed through my car and wrote me about 5 total BS tickets. I was devastated obviously, being kinda young and shit. Went to the courthouse to get them taken care of, the judge wanted to review mine, took a look at them and threw out every single one as being a nit picking asshole. The cop had written a ton of tickets that day, every single one a bunch of bullshit, not even one for a real speeder, five miles over the limit and shit. The cop is sitting there pale faced and the judge looks at him and say. "You are an officer of the law, if you have a bad day you dont take it out on innocent people, I have mind to suspend you."

reason: I was omw back from work, so i had my best buy uniform on. Seems like the cops here in miami loves best buy employees and hooks us up lol. I was doing 60 on a 30... I don't think i'll get this lucky again tho. lol
