Most points are that he sued because they didn't offer something. It's the equivalent of a white guy walking into a barber who specializes in cutting afroes and getting turned down. His business just isn't prepared and capable of servicing his needs. Eharmony didn't have the proper tools/knowledge/regulations in place to cater to him, so they refused him. Saying "replace it with a black guy" is just a poor attempt to strike some sort of sympathy.

I'm sorry to cut off the first part of your quote but this is what i'm saying; at its face this is advertised as a dating website. People would not be going to this site for any other reason. Once there, and after they're put in information they find out that it doesn't service them. That's misleading, and likely the basis of the lawsuit (article doesn't say).

Everything about 'they don't offer that' is all well and true, but the fact is that they don't advertise the truth is misleading. There was no false expectation. Sure, you and many people you know might know who eHarmony doesn't service but that doesn't mean everyone does.
