Stupid Oblivion Question

So, I'm trying to kill a will o the wisp for the main quest. I've got a Silver Dagger. Level 14. The thing is beating my ass. He keeps recharging his health. How do I beat him?

Been a while, but Magic/Enchanted weapon iirc. I just remember blowing them up with fireballs.

Strange. Alchemy stores should sell it and iirc the Mages Guild has it lying around somewhere.

There are alchemy shops in Skingrad and Imperial City.

But also try to kill one w/ a silver weapon

It's been a while since I played Oblivion, but IIRC, I used to use lightning spells on them and then strike them down with enchanted swords. Quite easy once you get the hang of it. I think there is a quest near leyawiin where there are tons of these nasties in a dungeon, but killing them is a lot of fun if your character is of decent level.

The one chick in the Imperial City sells them. Shit I cannot remember the name of her shop. As you enter the district at the main four way intersection turn right and her shop is along the wall with the other cap shops(armor shop and weapon shop owned by an orc iirc.)

If you're always getting your ass kicked... turn the difficulty all the way down, I was lvl4 when i beat Umbra :D
