GAX is indeed -8%, not -8. Saw one on Odin Bazaar today. We've never taken Bastok so I assume transfer.

EDIT: Ah in the japanese version it's "-8%" but in the NA version of FFXI it's "-8"

Apparently the assault earring can also drop from this. Makes the pool a little less lame.
