I believe that we need to cleanup the NPC subcategories. Many NPCs are being miscategorized because their purpose may not seem to be self-explanatory.

We should state the qualifications for each NPC subcategory in their respective category pages and fix NPC pages which do or do not meet these requirements. I believe in doing so, we could also find duplicate category pages which have the same purpose.

Some examples that come to mind are Shadowreign NPCs vs. Campaign and Campaign Battle NPCs, as well as making C.A., M.C., and L.C. NPCs being Teleport NPCs first and foremost.
