I'm posting in hopes that someone would give me a clear answer on the following. Started out with my friend calling me yesterday in frustration because her husband is going to get drug tested at his new job. The guy has basically been a bum for almost a year now, finally lands a job, and goes out one night with his friends and does coke. Obviously she is angry that he is even doing drugs, and to top it off, he even knew he was going to get drug tested and still did it anyways. She says she wants to leave him and will if he fails the drug test. The drug test they will perform on him is a hair sample drug test, not a urine test, so he has been scrambling the internet in hopes of finding a shampoo that will help him pass the test. Now I'm not here hoping that people will recommend products that will help him pass, but I was curious to know if those shampoos and whatever other products that they might sell work and will help him pass the hair sample drug test after having done coke about 3 weeks ago?
Well that is awesome and good luck to you on that and the job. There was no disrespect intended, most of us have friends and/or family that say they can "stop" being an alcoholic or "stop" smoking weed, Meth, cigarettes or Coke "any time" they choose and so on and so on.
There definitely are exceptions to every rule, I too and living proof to that lol. Good luck with everything though.
um, well there is a huge diff between weed and coke, coke is just retarded and will melt your brain and nasal cavity, hair tests show what drugs you have done over the past 3 months, im not sure if there is anything he can do to pass, its his fault for doin that
Just as I mention Coke....
Pretty sure coke stays in your system for like 6 months. Not sure any shampoo's will help.
Drugs are encased in the hair shaft. Shampoo probably can't get it out. She she leave the guy whether or not he passes the drug test. I've been around coke addicts way more than long enough to know how that goes. Tell her to get the guy some serious help asap or leave him, preferably the latter.
No offense to anyone on these forums who uses coke.
also thanks miz, yea i got tired of being a lardass lol, i also just got tired of smoking, im sort of a health fanatic now, and i know that shit is terrible on your lungs thats why im gonna stop, thanks again, leave in about 30 min to go take the written test and drug test![]()
i mean, there's a difference between going out one night and doing blow, and being a coke addict... the way the poster said makes it sound like he just did it once and isn't buying 20 bags wit his wife's money every day, so idk. i know coke only stays in your piss for 3 days but hair tests are, as people have said before, pretty damn serious.
7 days for urine and 15 days for blood tests.
thats average, to be safe 10-15 days for urine and 20-30 for blood.
If you drink a lot of coke it works, drink 1L everyday for a week and you are 100% safe.
Lots of water before the test works too if enough time has passed (7 days)
I don't really see how a job having a drug test means that it will be highly unsafe to work there if you smoke. I don't smoke, for some reason I never found weed to get me very high and I workout way too much to ever think about damaging my lungs but literally 75-80% of the people who work at my store do pot or more on a regular basis and I've never felt a risk of anyone getting hurt. I can see some jobs but to say all jobs that require a drug test do so because you are likely to cause injuries just seems like a blanket statement. I work at a retail store similar to Walmart, and yes of course I concede that anyone who drives the forklifts should never do so while high but at our store only like 1% of us are allowed to use the forklifts and all employees are drug tested when they start.
It's a good thing no one made that blanket statement then, huh?
The second half of the first page was basically people saying how they hope he gets caught because a job wouldn't have a drug test if it was unsafe for people who smoke to work there.
That was merely an example; One of many reasons why they might implement a drug test, not the only one.
mel what's the name of your drink?
