Go out to HEB and buy a box of Rice A Roni: Chicken Fajita mix. Also buy a 3 pack of boneless/skinless chicken breasts.

Cut breasts into chunks, you'll probably get 7-10 chunks per breast. Sautee the chicken until cooked through using 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and onion salt and garlic powder to season the chicken. Sautee until cooked through.

Follow Rice a Roni directions, except use a separate pot, and in the first stage add a bit of onion salt/garlic powder/seasonings that go with rice.

Mix chicken into rice, profit should serve 3 people depending on size.

im trying to just spice up thanksgiving a little, cause its very boring and traditional at my house.

i'm gonna make this: Video: Cranberry Sauce

and something involving ganache.. i think.

I love my mom's cooking... but she doesnt think outside the box.
Macaroni and cheese to her is just cheddar and anything else is LMPOSSIBLE.
so i think i may try making that with different cheeses and interesting noodles.

    Ahaha, just realized my typo.

Sorry, should be "potato leek soup." It's pretty much exactly what it sounds like; a puree of cooked mashed potatoes and sautéed leeks with chicken stock, cream, and butter.

Super fucking secret recipe right here guys. The best dessert you'll ever eat. I had to resort to using torture tactics to get the recipe out of my grandmother (like not give her anymore arthritis medicine).

Enjoy. I had to write this myself because she doesn't leave a paper trail. >:(

    Second Only to Sex (SOS)

    Mix together:

    ·1 stick of melted butter
    ·2 cups of graham crackers

After the melted butter and graham crackers are mixed together, press it into a casserole dish. The casserole dish used in this recipe is small. For a large family, double the ingredients.

    Mix together: 1st layer

·1 ½ cup of powdered sugar
·(1) 8 ounce of cream cheese
    ·9 ounces of cool whip

Once the above ingredients are combined, spread it over the graham crackers.

Pour over 1st layer: 2nd layer

·1 can of cherry pie filling
    ·6 sliced bananas

Initially, don’t mix the cherry pie filling and 6 sliced bananas together, only pour over the 1st layer. Also, to prevent the bananas from turning brown, mix them with lemon juice.

    Prepare ingredient: 3rd layer

·1 pack of instant vanilla pudding

Prepare the instant vanilla as directed on the box and pour over everything
If any, spread the remainder of the cool whip over desert. You can also spread crushed pecans and or more graham crackers on the top too.
    Refrigerate overnight.
