For anyone that wants a solution for voice chat instead of Vent, you should check out Vocoso. It works with any game, but I only play FFXI. You can use your telephone or your computer too. If you want to give the telephone feature a try, you can call 1-252-278-0350 then dial 51#. If you want to use the computer, just visit Vocoso - Voice Chat, Free Guild Strategy Conferencing instead. It supports up to 20 people per room so that is good enough for a single alliance, and you are not required to set up any servers because it is all centralized through the company providing the service. And, of course, the whole thing costs absolutely nothing. Even the 'server rental' type stuff is free because there are no servers to rent.
