MH: Experience with 80 Storage?

out of curiosity, otherwiki has it listed at saving atleast 5% exp per death. Have you guys ever tested it to figure out the exact amount you save per death?

The exp it saves is only from when you home point. Testing was done a long time ago, but dont remember the exact figures, but I want to say its <= Raise 1

I think I remember it being 200 less exp lost when HPing, but it was very long ago, and it was on KI so...

Any reason to keep nation flag other than 'for show' after you got Imperial Standard?

nation flag is more potent than IS i believe. for a non-crafter, does anyone have a preferred moghancement to keep? obviously xp is pretty much worthless, the crafting enhancements, moghancement:element, etc are all worthless. what do you use or do you not even worry about it?

Uh 4x bookshelf and an Amir Bed is the way to go. Swap in/out Aht Urhgan flag if you'd rather have MH: Conquest.

wouldn't the bookshelf's higher aura strength overpower the amir bed? to get mh experience w/ bookshelves, i think the only one i found that was fire aligned and strong enough was the marble bed.

Hm I always thought it just auto-defaulted from synthesis to whatever more specialized type if one was present. I know all it takes is just the the Aht Urhgan standard to make it experience for me (which I would think would be totally overpowered by the bookshelves otherwise).

It saves some exp no matter what raise you get. 5% sounds about right from my experience: i.e. 226 xp lost with R3 rather than 240. But I don't remember the exact numbers I've seen off hand.

This is correct. It's a flat 5% off the experience you lose when you die.
