    A full moon cycle is like 3 and a half real days, new moon lasts 4 or 5 game days. The conditions should be met at least once a week, I'd think this is the best reasonable way to test it as you could get close to a hundred enmity to test with instead of barely breaking 50.

    Hahaha, I forgot about that thing. Good call, would make the testing a little clearer. I guess that would at least suggest the cap for enmity is no less then 50.

    I would assume it does not, the closest thing I can think of is hasting yourself lowering it's own recast, and that doesn't.

    Sorry for lack of answers here. To answer the question on Sentinel, I don't know.

    To test, just take 2 75 players with dispel and equal enmity (does not have to be 0, just equal) and a 3rd person with anything.

    3rd Person pulls with Silence or Paralyze.

    1 75 uses Dispel
    your PLD/RDM uses Dispel

    Should be at equal enmity right now.

    Non-PLD uses cure for 0 HP twice (+2CE)
    PLD puts on as much + enmity gear as possible now
    Now PLD uses Sentinel.

    Check amount of time it takes for PLD to lose hate in seconds. Easiest way is to use then check amount of time remaining for reuse (recast timer).

    If it is more than 30 seconds, then enmity + gear and merits will affect Sentinel 1800 VE when used.

    I'm actually pretty sure it does. Can't test now, but I remember noticing it did, quite recently.

    If you're not hasted, the effect gained from casting haste does not affect the spell itself, only subsequent spells.

    I sort of skimmed so don't yell at me if it's been said already, but Kaeko's caps are likely true because they make such perfect sense from the design standpoint. +100 enmity doubles the amount of hate you'd regularly get, -50 halves it.

    Test is done, long time coming. Enmity does not cap at +50 from gear, you can exceed it. I assume to 100, but in this case we just did the test with +58.

    didn't see this thread the 1st time around, but I just want to point out (besides thank you for the work done) that I have never scrunched my my face in thought more, trying to follow the subtly different lines of seemingly the same thought, in a thread in standard/newbie as I have now

    just funny what mkaes into advanced but stays behind in stewbie
