Talking about Sands of Time, on the PC version I'm assuming?

Heard a case of it running like crack on my bros PC, and the fix was installing a multi-core optimizer from AMD. (his PC running a Phenom processor)

If you're running it on an emulator you may might not have limited your FPS either. The one i used before automatically played the games as fast as possible so my games would end up going at 200 fps and fights would be over in a second.

^ Also this. Once when I ran a emulated copy of FF: Tactics. I had to limit the FPS to keep it from playing in a "Fast Forward" speed. I also remember checking "Auto Frame Skipping" or something similar to that to smooth out the framerate once limited.

But I guess it completely depends on your system + what type of emulator your using.

not an emulator btw, i had a free steam game purchase of 9.99 so i bought it. i cant fix it so i just stopped playing it, it was free anyways.
