Is rogue supposed to suck in pvp up until 80? I've been leveling in AV mostly, and I just can't kill anyone 1 v 1 unless they're much lower level than i am. Do i need to dual spec assassination and glyph for pvp to be effective at all? Right now im leveling combat and I feel completely weak. I can't take anyone on and kill them reliably.

killing spree > if they're not dead 5pt ks and blow AR/BF > if they're not dead you screwed up or they're geared and you're not or something

If you're in awful gear yes you're going to have a hard time killing anyone.

Combat doesn't exactly grant the "I win" buttons that subtlety/assassination rogues get to burst down a target in PvP, serious PvP demands some points deep into other trees. Killing Spree is nice but only if you're 1v1, otherwise you're stuck doing 2k damage to 5 targets, and after it wears off you're fucked.

Its pretty cooldown based, go assassination and try to blow them up before they can turn around and one shot your squishy ass.

Do MM Hunters have mana issues? I usually have to pop Aspect of the Viper mid fight because I'm running out. Course its still undergeared because I'm lazy gearing it as an alt.

As a tard I'm pretty much reliant on JoW or I go oom too. Thinks thats one of the reasons we are switching to energy in cataclsym.

It's more because having to worry about agility/ap AND intellect is annoying to itemize and confusing for the player, but if oom is a constant problem with hunters nowadays (i don't even know) then i'm sure it factored in.

So a few good friends and i are looking to hop servers, get out of azuremyst. our server is ranked 204 if that gives you an idea. We are looking at mal'ganis because one of my friends has contacts in a guild there.

My question is, i know blue gartr is there, how is the horde situation on that side? I know we dominate, but would it be hard for a few very intelligent guys in solid gear find a new home? we're not looking for hardmode 25 raid spots on the fly, we know there's proving to be done, but we'd like to just have a home if we do come over. I hit around 5100 dps personally, and you can check my armory to get a feel for where all of us are at. Not necessarily BG guild, but would it be hard for us to find a good endgame guild there?

Dinged 10 on my paladin yesterday and now I get to worry about talent points and spending them right. I found a couple of talent specs online worth a shot for exping/questing purposes. Retribution and protection are the 2 specs I found. The problem is choosing which talents are most important to get first. Between Improved Judgement (-1 sec on recast) and Heart of Crusader (+1% crit after Judgement) sounds like such a minimal improvement its hard to choose between the 2.

Also on another note, some mounts in WoW are awesome

My friend came to help me get started and arrived on his motercycle mount where I could actually jump on his mount (in a sidecar) making it much faster to get around the place

it was hilarious.

Improved Judgement is much more useful then Heart of the Crusader going you cut 1/10th the time off your main damage attack for that level.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

That's probably the best spec for leveling/raiding. SoR for single target, SoC when you're fighting multiple mobs. I find that Ret is faster than Prot for leveling.

Go for Imp. Judgements > Improved Might and then HoC. Get Pursuit of Justice as soon as you can, it's awesome.

I can tell you I'm champ with all but not crusader (exalted champ with all) and cannot talk to that vendor.

In this context, command. Corruption is generally referred to as SoV, the alliance version it came from is called seal of vengeance.

yes, i'm 100% certain. you have to obtain Crusader title before gaining access to that NPC.

A few Rogue levelling questions:

- What's the best opening against Elite? Cheap Shot or Garrote?

- What's the deal with Envenom? I read it's better than Eviscerate on armored mobs?

- Is there any point is using CP for Expose Armor?
