One point you're slightly incorrect on Rokku. Unholy DK has Ebon Plaguebringer, which is easily spread to multiple targets. Yes, Lock has CoE but it's a single target debuff. As far as raid utility goes, UH DK pulls ahead of any other class by a substantial margin.

I'd argue the substantial margin part, but you are right on the ease of spreading Ebon Plague, which was something I didn't consider while I was typing.

2. He told me also, that bloodworms are not good, is he right?

3. Again, he told me virulence is not part of the blood spec. confirm/deny?


these arent very serious questions but i was wondering. he had 4piece t9 with a wrong unholy spec, and i beat him on anub'arak by like 1k dps with a 3500 gear score (to his 4800)

i was also gripping ice down like a pro, and taking adds off of people and kiting them

1) He is wrong. Virulence is best for Blood and Unholy and arguably better than Awareness for Frost depending on your spec.

2) That depends on the context. Are Bloodworms good? - not really; Are they your best bet and the only DPS gain for the points needed to get to DRW? Yes.

3) Deny. Virulence to hit cap Death coil and the other spells, it's a valid talent for all three trees.


Bludgeon him with something blunt if you see him again. Odds are it won't help though, since if he's making those kinds of comments his brain is probably as useful to him as a rotten grapefruit.

as for tanking, i mean outside of being defense capped what are the next 2 best stats? i see it done so differently by everyone, but i would probably be blood tanking if anything.

Stamina and dodge or parry really. More avoidance = more runestrike = more threat.

Just 'upgraded' from ToC-H headpiece to T9 for 58 fucking emblems of fucking conquest.

The hit drop is kind of lame, since it now puts me at 297 hit rating, which means I'll have to re-gem some other gear to get back to 315, which means I'll lose 20Agi for 20Hit somewhere. The upgrade seems very minimal considering the cost/effort, unless the set bonus really will do more than I think it will (haven't gotten to use it yet).

Mostly just complaining because this was the last possible thing I can get from non-triumph emblems, and it just feels meh, but is it actually meh?

Either that or keep running ToC25 for another trinket upgrade. All else fails you can always just get the peesashit +hit PvP trinket :D

FFB isn't a solo spec. At all. Level as Frost or Arcane at that level.

Pretty much this level as frost and aoe grind in either storm peaks or icecrown and get the fastest exp you can get from any job at those levels. I think there is some youtube videos showing the places to grind but for the life of me i cant remember there name.

Yeah I don't get a lot of luck pugging Uld25 with Siege still up, by Thursday most groups are like "LFM Uld25 starting at Hodir" because guilds will gear their alts with the early trinkets off Siege/Antechamber then yank in pugs for the tier-dropping bosses because folks stopped caring.
