As long as you're tracking any one of the mob types listed on Improved Tracking though, you get the 5% damage bonus.

This is, I think, Quartz Mirror and Quartz Procs interfering with each other.

How can I make it so a) the debuffs on target are anchored to below the cast bar (instead of above as in the SS) and my procs (like Divine Plea) remain in the same place

b) How can I make my freakin mage procs like hot streak/missile barrage show up there, they never get displayed anywhere except the tpp right corner (ElksBuffBars iirc) which is about 1000 miles away for my eyes to travel. All mage buffs are checked in the Quartz Procs config, yet only Fingers of Frost gets displayed.

Power auras won't tell you how much time you have on a proc, and some of them require surgical precision as to when you use them (Thirst for Blood, Sudden Death, etc).

Of course Mage may not have any such precise procs and this comment may be moot

If you really need to be told when Sudden Death or Bloodsurge or whatever have proc'd, I'd go with Mik's Scrolling Battle Text. Power Auras would work, too, but I'm a text kind of person. I pretty much never need to be told when Sword and Board or Revenge have proc'd, though, but DPS is somewhat touchier than tanking procs.

Yeah theres a timer option you can set up, even down to the hundredths if you're feeling really anal. I think the only thing it can't do in it's most recent form is tell you how long it will be until something can proc again.

I've switched to SurgeTracker and I like it for procs. Can play a sound when a proc, puts the icon on the screen and has a timer thing on the icon.

Question about Dreamwalker 25man regular. Do you guys send in ANY dps into the portals or just healers each time? Most strats ive read say to send in 1-2 of your best burst damage dealers into every other portal to help add control.

I don't see the point of sending any DPS into the portals, its not like there's anything to kill inside of there and you're losing precious time to kill shit on the outside. The better your dps are at switching quickly and interrupting frostbolts, the easier the fight. We always send 3 healers into the portals and can fully heal valithria in about 4.5 mins.

The vigor gives a 10% dmg buff to dps to help bring down blazing skeletons/suppressors faster.

I had no idea it did that for dps. Would seem annoying from a healing standpoint; the healers we send into the portals have a system where they each pick a side and/or go together as a group to hit the most clouds. we found having more than 3 ppl inside of the portal can potentially screw up a healer from getting the stacks they need, or even worse the stacks could fall off resulting in your raid hitting the enrage.

Must just be the guild i'm in, but blazing skeletons are up for at least a full cast bar on their Blast Nova shit before they are dropped by dps. Then again i'm in a guild full of idiots who have no raid awareness what so ever and tunnel vision on every boss.
